pools, room, kids zone and beaches are really good

Lots of pools and kids activities. Unfortunately the dinosaur river was closed but looked excellent. Good access to bars for drinks and snacks without having to go back inside. The coffee shops are a nice touch all covered under the all inclusive

I really enjoyed the live music events in the evenings. The restaurant "The White Box" has a great dinner menu and accepts children.

Resort near to beach, beach and pool and area near by clean . Room ok , not always make very clean and from time to time lack of towels and water in fridge . Breakfast , lunch , meals in generally ok , service good of course some of service people better and more attentive than others to our needs . special thanks to waiter Abimael which served us many times with big attention.

I like the pools and outdoor of hotel I like the Bars and restaurants and coffee shops. The lobby has good small when I entered and I like it.

The room is very comfortable, good and varied food from the restaurants, good pools and different shows at night

The staff were very friendly and assisted with any questions. The food was amazing 👏. The open bar was excellent. The pool was nothing like I have ever been . The pirate ☠️ boat ride was lovely. All of us were very happy and it was worth every minute. Wish we had more time but will be back again.

Stuff was very welcoming and made sure we were comfortable. Pools were big and not crowded. Food was amazing

right on the beach, restaurants and bars were great. the staff works extremely hard.
